now, look at the right side of the valley, near the very top. Now hop onto your mount (this doesnt require an epic mount, any trinks, mithril spurs or enchants). Notice if you stand by the left part of the root, and look too the right, you should see the head of the npc, and the golden question mark :) ) climb/walk/run up to the large root that is ticking up in the air. come down the valley where the snow turns to teh rock and you should be able to climb up the side, with or without a mount, easily. on the left side (approx west) side wall of the valley you will see it with a rocky texture (oppose to snow). you will see this valley everyone tlaks about above.
